SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations are accepted and registration fees refunded (less a 25% cancellation fee) if notice is received in writing 30 days prior to the event. If cancellation is received less than 30 days before the event, 50% of the fee will be forfeited and the remainder of the fee will be applied toward another upcoming ALM event (within the same calendar year). If cancellation is made less than one week prior to the event, no refund will be given.
If for any reason ALM cancels this conference, it is not responsible for any costs (including travel and hotel accommodations) incurred by the registrant.
